By signing up to TSG's loyalty program, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

*Loyalty program points have no monetary value and will only be accepted by TSG Branded Solutions (shortened to TSG). These points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, and will be connected to the business that earned TSG's loyalty points. Loyalty points can only be redeemed by the sole business who holds the earned points. Proprietors that own multiple businesses will need to register all businesses that wish to earn points, these business points cannot be grouped. All redeemed rewards will be charged taxes and shipping unless otherwise specified. Multiple rewards can be redeemed at the same time ie, free shipping, free setup, and apparel. Points and rewards cannot be negotiated. Reward costs may change at anytime without notice. TSG's loyalty reward program terms and conditions may change at anytime. TSG's loyalty program may be terminated at anytime. Points are earned after invoices have been paid. Points cannot be redeemed before they are earned. Redeemable rewards may be added or removed at anytime for any reason. TSG will not reimburse points. TSG is not liable for how rewards are spent or responsible for who has authority to redeem earned loyalty points. Earned point balances may be checked by contacting TSG's customer service. Earned points my take up to two weeks to be added to a registered account. TSG is not legally responsible of any disputes, fraud, damage, or hardships that may be occur with the use of TSG's loyalty program. Loyalty points are currently earned at one one-hundredth of each dollar spent after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and other additional fees or charges on the order invoice amount. TSG has the right to change how points are earned at anytime without notice. Any order placed with TSG with or without redeeming loyalty points, is the sole responsibility of the customer once an order has been approved by said customer.
